In 2023, CBRFPD Career Personnel included a Fire Chief, Deputy Chief of Operations, Captain, 3 Firefighters, and a full-time Executive Administrator.

2 volunteer Lieutenants, and 12 volunteer firefighters.  All but the Admin responds to calls. The average years in service for officers is 9.5 years.  The average years in service for volunteers is 5.5 years.
